The office of the Regional Comptrollership Division in its pursuit for  excellence in financial resource management spearheaded the steering of the biannual Seminar/Workshop on Financial Management and Control System, the first in the region and probably the first nationwide which started in CY 2014 for its first batch and has recently conducted its second batch last April 15-17, 2015.

The main objective of this new undertaking is to train personnel that hold a very sensitive and complex position as bonded finance PNCOs to become adept in the proper handling of government funds through focused competence enhancement and enrichment of knowledge and skills in the proper disbursement, optimum utilization and proper liquidation of funds within the limits of the latest guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by the NHQ and other supporting agencies.
